Dear Students,
Welcome to the new session 2011-12.
Please note the following and share with your parents also.
1. There will be two terms: Term 1 from April, 2011 to September, 2011 and Term 2 from October,2011 to March, 2012
2. In each term there will be three assessments: two formative assessments and one summative assessment.
3. Pls note down the durations of these assessments: Formative assessment 1(FA1) - (April- May) Formative assessment 2 (FA2) - (July- August) Summative assessment 1 (SA1) - (September) Formative assessment 3(FA3) - (October- December) Formative assessment 4 (FA4) - (January- February) Summative assessment 2 (SA2) - (March)
4. In every FA duration there will be an assessment of 40 marks which will include a variety of activities. Your score out of 40 will be computed out of 10 at the end of each FA.
5. Please be particular about your performance and work. Do not hesitate in asking questions.
