Poem on Geometry by Aishwarya Hans 10G

Geometry's fun, I've heard people say,
Learn the angles in a round about way.
Lay it on the line, draw it in the air.
You can prove any shape or measure it there.

Linear thoughts put our brains in gear.
Work with triangles now becomes clear.
It's so much fun since we have the rule.
My man, Pythagoras, was really cool.

No dude can eat a piece of this Pie.
And the graphs won't grow without axis y;.
A hypotenuse is a sight to see.
Oh! I love to learn this GEOMETRY!

Geometrical designs by Purvi Bahri 10D

Designs made by Purvi Bahri 10D

She wrote...

My designs are influenced by Glass paintings. The designs are a mixture of Geometrical shapes painted with bright and dark hues which give them an artistic feeling.
I have been able to come up with these four designs after I mixed and collaborated the ideas I got from the net and mainly from my memory of the geometric glass paintings I saw in one of
my relative's house I once visited and my mother also helped me with the paintings.

Math Poem (by Abhipriya 10C)

Mathematics

Oh! Maths, though most scoring,
I feel it's most boring,
Division, addition, multiplication, subtraction,
Seems like a doctor's prescription,
It drowns me in a whirlpool of sums,
After getting back to sense I'm lost in slums,
Offer oh! God when this plague will disappear,
Coz we have no more energy to bear!
Students have no time to rest,
As they have to do their best,
To score the highest marks,
And to get good remarks,
So, oh god we pray to you ,to
Delete these Maths subject.
And give poor children,
Some time to rest.

Math line designs(by Shivam 10D)

I am very well interested in maths, I love solving problems and can do maths at any time. Also i like to play mind games like chess checkers etc. which need deep thinking. About maths, it is my favourite subject and i always try to do better in it but mostly due to my careless mistakes i lose marks. Mam this task was very interesting i am loving this task and want to make innumerable curios designs and i do it heartedly. i have found one thing in this art that the more the no. of divisions are there the more is the clarity of curve formed. Also with the increase in no. of divisions our work becomes tougher and tougher. In the cube i had to make 20 lines for each curve and just a single mistake would make us erase a lot. overlapping too increases our work as we have to be more cautious. However i liked the task and enjoyed building the designs. Thank you for giving such a creative work to us. I really liked it very much. Hoping for some good marks. oh mam i have never scored full marks in any terminal exam still i am trying hard to achieve it. Thanks for the compliment and the interest with which you teach us.
